I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Legal Profession Reform Act 1993, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 April 1994 as the day on which Schedule 4 (12) (a) to that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence so much of the Legal Profession Reform Act 1993 as amends the Legal Profession Act 1987 in relation to the making of transitional regulations consequent on the commencement of the Reform Act.
