I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A. C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Meat Industry (Game Meat) Amendment Act 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13th March, 1993 as the day on which that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the provisions of the Meat Industry (Game Meat) Amendment Act 1992. Those provisions enable the processing and sale of game meat. derived from kangaroos, for human consumption.
