I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in

pursuance of section 2 of the Industrial Relations (Public Vehicles and Carriers) Amendment Act 1993, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 December 1993 as the day on which that Act commences.
