I, KERRY CHIKAROVSKI, M.P., Minister for Industrial Relations and Employment, in pursuance of section 21 of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989, make the Order set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Order takes effect on 3 December 1993.

Amendment

2. The Industrial and Commercial training (Declared Trades and Declared Callings) Order 1989 is amended by inserting in Schedule 1 in appropriate alphabetical order the following vocations which are designated as declared trades for the purpose of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989:
