STRATA TITLES (LEASEHOLD) ACT 1986—REGULATION

(Relating to fees for lodging plans for registration)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Strata Titles (Leasehold) Act 1986, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 July 1993.

Amendment

2. The Strata Titles (Leasehold) Regulation 1989 is amended by

omitting from item 1 of clause 43 the matter “360.00” and by inserting
instead the matter “410.00”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Strata Titles (Leasehold) Regulation 1989 to increase from $360 to $410 the fee payable to the Registrar-General for lodging a plan for registration as a strata plan of subdivision, a strata plan of consolidation or a building alteration plan.

This Regulation is made under the Strata Titles (Leasehold) Act 1986, including section 196 (the general regulation-making power, in particular, section 196 (1) (d)).
