I, V. A. CHADWICK the Minister for Education and Youth Affairs and Minister for Employment and Training, in pursuance of Section 21 of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989, make the Order set forth

hereunder.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial and Commercial Training

(Declared Callings) Order 1991.

Commencement

2. This Order takes effect on 22nd April, 1993.

Definition

3. In this Order:

“the Act” means the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989.

Declared callings

4. The vocation listed in Schedule 1 is designated as a declared calling

for the purposes of the Act.
