I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2 April 1993 as the day on which the amendments to the Catchment Management Act 1989 set out in that Schedule commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendments to section 9 (Membership of Co-ordinating Committee) of the Catchment Management Act
1989 contained in the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1992.

The amendments allow members of 3 regional Catchment Management Committees to be members of the State Catchment Management Co-ordinating committee.
