I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Grain Marketing Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 28 February 1992 as the day on which section 101 (4) of, and clause 5 of Schedule 5 to, that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Proclamation is to commence section 101 (4) of the Grain Marketing Act 1991, which provides for the dissolution of the Oilseeds Marketing Board for the State of New South Wales. The Proclamation also commences an associated transitional provision relating to a scheme of arrangement to be entered into by the New South Wales Grains Board.
