HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Liquor Act 1982, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Liquor Regulation 1983 is amended by omitting clause 36B.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this regulation is to amend the Liquor Regulation 1983 by omitting a clause which prescribes the office hours of the Principal Registry of the Licensing Court and the offices of the Liquor Administration Board.
