(Minor law revision amendment)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Gas Act 1986, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Gas Regulation 1991 is amended by omitting from clause 50A the words “AGL Sydney Limited” where firstly occuring and by inserting instead the words “The Australian Gas Light Company”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend clause 50A of the Gas Regulation

1991 so as to replace an incorrect reference to AGL Sydney Limited with the
correct reference to The Australian Gas Light Company.
