I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 of the Canberra Advance Bank Limited (Merger) Act 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 June 1992 as the appointed day for the purposes of that Act.
