I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 11 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989, do, by this my Order, postpone from 1 September 1992 to 1 September 1993 the date on which the following statutory rules are repealed by section 10 of that Act:
All ordinances and by-laws under the Local Government Act 1919 that are in force immediately before 1 September 1992 and that would, but for this Order, be repealed on that date by section 10 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989
