I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Government Insurance (Privatisation) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 1992 as the day on which Parts 3, 6 and 7 of that Act and Schedules 1 and 2 to that Act commence.
