I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 49 of the Constitution Act 1902, do, by this my Proclamation, with effect on and from 1 January 1992, establish the Office of the Minister for Justice, as an Administrative Office responsible to the Minister for Justice.
