I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Government Insurance Office (Privatisation) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13 December 1991 as the day on which that Act (except for Parts 3, 6 and 7 and Schedules 1 and 2) commences.
