CATCHMENT MANAGEMENT ACT 1989—PROCLAMATION

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 25 (1) of the Catchment Management Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation:

(a)	change the name of the Hunter Valley Catchment Management Trust to the “Hunter Catchment Management Trust”; and
(b)	amend Part 1 of Schedule 1 to that Act by omitting the word “Valley” from the name of the Trust.
