I, the Minister for Industrial Relations, and Minister for Further Education, Training and Employment in pursuance of section 21 of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989, make the Order set forth

here under.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial and Commercial Training (Declared Trades) Order 1991.

Commencement

2. This Order takes effect on 2nd September, 1991.

Definition

3. In this Order—

“the Act” means the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989.

Declared callings

4. The vocations listed in Schedule 1 are designated as declared trades

for the purpose of the Act.
