114—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Liquor (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint each of the following days as the day on which the provisions of that Act specified in relation to that day commence:

To commence on 18 February 1991

The provisions of Schedules 1, 2, 3 (1), (5), (7) (except for such part as inserts proposed section 117F into the Liquor Act 1982), (8) and (9) and 4, and section 3 in its application to those provisions.

To commence on 1 June 1991

The provisions of Schedule 3 (2)–(4) and (6), and section 3 in its

application to those provisions.
