LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS ACT 1961—REGULATION
(Relating to gasfitting work)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act 1961, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 September 1991.
Amendment
2. The Liquefied Petroleum Gas (General) Regulation 1982 is
amended by omitting Part 2.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to repeal Part 2 (Gas Installations) of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (General) Regulation 1982 as a consequence of the making of the Gas Regulation 1991 which contains proisions dealing with the same matters, the regulation of liquefied petroleum gasfitting work, as those with which the repealed Part dealt.
This Regulation is made in connection with the staged repeal of subordinate
legislation under the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.
