I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of section 2 of the Liquor (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1990, do, by
this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1991 as the day on which the

uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences the infringement notice provisions to be inserted

in the Liquor Act 1982.

The other provisions of the Liquor (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1990 have already commenced (some on 18 February 1991 and others on 1 June 1991) by virtue of the Proclamation published in the Gazette on 8 February 1991.
