I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Grain Marketing Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 1991 as the day on which section 101 (1) of that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence section 101 (1) of the Grain Marketing Act 1991 which provides for the dissolution of the Barley Marketing Board for the State of New South Wales.
