I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New
South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance
of section 2 (1) of the Grain Marketing Act 1991, do, by this my

Proclamation, appoint 12 July 1991 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions (other than section 101 and clause 5 of Schedule 5) of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Part 1 and section 8 of the Grain Marketing Act 1991 commenced on the date of assent to the Act. The object of this Proclamation is to commence the remaining provisions of the Act, except section 101 which provides for the dissolution of certain marketing boards and clause 5 of Schedule 5 which relates to a scheme of arrangement made in respect of the Oilseeds Marketing Board.
