GREYHOUND RACING CONTROL BOARD ACT 1985—RULE

(Relating to registration fees payable by owners, trainers and attendants)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Greyhound Racing Control Board Act 1985, has been pleased to approve the Rule made by the Greyhound Racing Control Board and set forth hereunder.

The Greyhound Racing Control Board, in pursuance of section 10 of the Greyhound Racing Control Board Act 1985, makes the following Rule:

Commencement

1. This Rule commences on 1 April 1991.

Amendment

2. The Rules of the Greyhound Racing Control Board 1983 are

amended by omitting from clause 1 of Schedule 1 the following matter:

Owner	............................................................	28
Trainer	...........................................................	56
Attendant	....................................................	12

and by inserting instead the following matter:

Owner	............................................................	32
Trainer	...........................................................	64
Attendant	........................................................	14

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Rule is to amend the Rules of the Greyhound Racing Control
Board 1983 to increase the registration fee payable by owners, trainers and
attendants in respect of the 2 year registration period commencing on 1 April 1991.
