I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance

of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3)

1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 11 January 1991 as the day on which the amendment to the Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Act 1989 set out in that Schedule commences.
