SUPERANNUATION ACT 1916—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 3 to that Act (Employers), to take effect on and from 2 January 1991, by transferring the name “Sydney Electricity” from Part 3 of that Schedule to Part 1 of that Schedule so that it appears immediately after the reference to the Electricity Commission of New South Wales.
