I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 25 February 1990 as the day on which the amendments set out in that Schedule to the following Acts commence:

Water Act 1912 (items (2)–(4) and (18)–(20))

Water Supply Authorities Act 1987
