SUPERANNUATION ACT 1916—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 3 to that Act (Employers), to take effect on and from 1 January 1991, by inserting at the end of Part 1 of that Schedule the following name:

Australian Securities Commission (limited to persons who were
contributors employed in the Government Department known as

Business and Consumer Affairs immediately before 1 January 1991)
