I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 February 1990 as the day on which the amendments to the Liquor Act 1982 and the Registered Clubs Act 1976 set out in that Schedule commence.
