I, the Minister for Further Education, Training and Employment, in pursuance of section 21 of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989, make the Order set forth hereunder.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial and Commercial

Training (Declared Callings) Order 1990.

Commencement

2. This Order takes effect on 19 October 1990.

Definition

3. In this Order:
"the Act" means the Industrial and Commercial Training Act

1989.

Declared callings

4. The vocations listed in Schedule 1 are designated as declared

callings for the purposes of the Act.
