I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration (Executives) Amendment Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 February 1990 as the day on which so much of Schedule 1 (2) as relates to the position of Deputy General Manager of the Motor Accidents Authority (and section 3 of that Act in its application to that provision) commences.
