I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of

New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 of the Grain Handling Authority (Corporatisation) Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 September 1990 for the purposes of that section.

This Proclamation takes effect on 30 September 1990.
