I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Gaming and Betting (Poker Machines) Taxation Amendment Act 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 1990 as the day on which Schedule 1 (4) to that Act commences.
