GREYHOUND RACING CONTROL BOARD ACT 1985 - RULE

(Relating to registration fees payable by bookmakers)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Greyhound Racing Control Board Act 1985, has been pleased to approve the Rule made by the Greyhound Racing Control Board and set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Rule takes effect on 1 October 1990.

Amendment

2. The Rules of the Greyhound Racing Control Board 1983 are

amended by omitting from clause 1 of Schedule 1 the following matter:

Bookmaker 280

and by inserting instead the following matter:

Bookmaker 300

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Rule is to amend the Rules of the Greyhound Racing Control

Board 1983 so as to increase the registration fee payable by bookmakers in respect of the 2 year registration period commencing on 1 October 1990.
