LIQUOR ACT 1982 - REGULATION

(Repeal of Liquor (Entertainment Areas) Regulation 1985)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Liquor Act 1982, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation takes effect on 1 September 1990.

Repeal

2. The Liquor (Entertainment Areas) Regulation 1985 is repealed.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Liquor (Entertainment Areas) Regulation 1985. The provisions of this instrument are being incorporated into Ordinance No. 70 under the Local Government Act 1919 as a consequence of the transfer to that Act (effected by the Local Government (Theatres and Public Halls) Amendment Act 1989 and the Miscellaneous Acts (Theatres and Public Halls) Amendment Act 1989) of the provisions of the Liquor Act 1982 relating to entertainment areas.
