I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration (Executives) Amendment Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 June 1990 as the day on which section 3 of, and Schedule 1 to, that Act commence to the extent that they omit the words "Chairman of the Council of Auctioneers and Agents." from Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975.
