1975 - REGULATION

(Relating to remuneration of Chairman, Local Land Boards)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive

Council, and in pursuance of the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Statutory and Other Offices	Remuneration Act 1975 is
amended by inserting at the end of Part	2 of Schedule 2 the following
words:

Chairman, Local Land Boards.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Act 1975 to add the position of the Chairman of Local Land Boards to a Schedule of public office holders whose remuneration is determined by the Statutory and Other Offices Remuneration Tribunal.
