I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 4th May, 1990 as the day on which items (1), (2) and (4) of the amendments to the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 set out in that Schedule commence.
