I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in
pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1988, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 19 January 1990 as the day on which Schedule 13 to that Act commences.
