(Repeal of Industrial and Commercial Training

(Savings and Transitional) Regulation 1989)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1989, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Industrial and Commercial Training (Savings and Transitional) Regulation 1989 is repealed.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Industrial and Commercial Training (Savings and Transitional) Regulation 1989. The only substantive provision of this Regulation provides for the appointment of an acting Commissioner for Vocational Training. That position has now been filled and the provision has consequently become redundant.
