SUPERANNUATION ACT 1916 - ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 92 of the Superannuation Act 1916, do, by this my Order, amend Schedule 3 to that Act (Employers), to take effect on and from 17 February 1989, by omitting from Part 1 of that Schedule the following name:

New South Wales Investment Corporation
