I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 April 1990 as the day on which the amendments to the Building and Construction Industry Long Service Payments Act 1986 set out in that Schedule commence.
