I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State

of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 3 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 March 1990 as the day on which the amendments to the Supreme Court Act 1970 set out in that Schedule commence.
