I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Strata Titles (Registration of Plans) Amendment Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 March 1990 as the day on which that Act (section 5 excepted) commences.
