I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 23 March 1990 as the day on which the amendment to the Traffic Act 1909 set out in that Schedule commences.
