LIQUOR ACT 1982 - REGULATION
(Relating to the period after which a condition authorising the keeping of
an approved amusement device is revoked on failure to make certain payments.)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Liquor Act 1952, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 11 April 1990.
Amendment
2. The Liquor Regulation 1983 is amended:
| (a) | by omitting from clause 57A (1), (2) and (3) the matter “60 days” wherever occurring and by inserting instead the matter “2 months”; |
| (b) | by omitting from clause 57B the matter “60 days” and by inserting instead the matter “2 months”. |
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to bring into uniformity with each other certain
periods specified in the Liquor Regulation 1983 for similar purposes.
