I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of Schedule 1 to the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No. 3) 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 5 March 1990 as the day on which the amendments to the State Development and Industries Assistance Act 1966 set out in that Schedule commence.
