BARRISTERS AND SOLICITORS ADMISSION RULES, 1989

1.    These rules are made by the Barristers Admission Board and the Solicitors Admission Board on 30 January 1990.

2.    The Barristers and Solicitors Admission Rules are amended as follows:

(a)

Omit Rule 53 and insert instead: 53. (1) The Boards’ Examinations in:

(b)

From Rule 59 (1) and Rule 59 (2) omit "37 units'' and insert instead "36 units".

(c)

After "New South Wales" in rule 105 (i) (3) insert "for 5 years".

(d) Omit Rule 123.
