under the Jury Act 1977 His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Jury Act 1977. JEFFREY SHAW, Q.C.. M.L.C..
Attorney GeneralThe object of this Regulation is to increase fees and allowances payable to
jurors under the Jury Act 1977.
This Regulation is made under the Jury Act 1977, including sections 72 and
76 (the general regulation-making power).

2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 1998.

The Jury Regulation 1993 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
