1 Name
This is the Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014 Determination of Exclusion Periods for Amber Zone 1 and Amber Zone 2 for Financial Year 2023‑2024.
3 Repeal
This instrument is repealed on 1 July 2024.
4 Authority
This instrument is made under subsection 8(1) of the Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014 (Cth).
5 Zones
The areas described as Amber Zone 1 and Amber Zone 2 within the Woomera Prohibited Area, are prescribed in section 6 of the Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014.
6 Exclusion Periods
For subsection 8(1) of the Woomera Prohibited Area Rule 2014, the periods specified in Schedule 1 are the exclusion periods for Amber Zone 1 and Amber Zone 2 for financial year 2023‑2024.
