STATUTORY RULES.

1952. No. 36.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE WOOL PRODUCTS BOUNTY ACT 1950.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Wool Products Bounty Act 1950.

Amendments of the Wool Products Bounty Regulations.†

Prescribed date.

1. Regulation 3 of the Wool Products Bounty Regulations is amended by omitting the words “ thirtieth day of April, 1952 ” and inserting in their stead the words “ thirtieth day of September, 1952 ”.

Repayment of advances.

2. Regulation 7 of the Wool Products Bounty Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words “ thirtieth day of April, 1952,” and inserting in their stead the words “ thirtieth day of September, 1952,”.
